Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Your membership

1. 1.1Membership runs for the calendar year (1 January – 31 December) and is activated once the full balance has been paid.
2. 1.2Membership does not renew automatically.
3. 1.3Membership is personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

2. Member discount

1. 2.1Members receive 50% off food Monday to Thursday, and 25% off food on Sundays from May to August, at Big Tray BBQ, American Pies and Brewski.
2. 2.2The discount applies to food only. Drinks are charged at full price.
3. 2.3Unlimited visits per member
4. 2.4Unlimited individual memberships per table
5. 2.5Max discount per member per visit £50
6. 2.6No bill can be reduced to nil. Memberships cannot be combined with each other, or with any other offer, voucher, or monthly benefit, to reduce a bill to zero or to a discount above the limits above.

3. Bookings

1. 3.1The discount is available on pre-booked tables only and is not available to walk-in customers.
2. 3.2The booking must be made in the member’s name, and the member must be present when dining.

4. Using your membership

1. 4.1Show your membership QR code to your server before you order.
2. 4.2You must also show valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) matching the name on the membership. Without it, the discount cannot be applied.
3. 4.3The discount can’t be applied after the bill has been paid.

5. Exclusions

1. 5.1The discount cannot be used together with any other offer, promotion, voucher or set menu.
2. 5.2The discount is not available on bank holiday Mondays, Sundays of bank holiday weekends, or Father’s Day.

6. General

1. 6.1Misuse of a membership, including allowing someone else to use it, may lead to it being cancelled without a refund.
2. 6.2Brewski Members Club may update these terms. Any changes will be published on this page.
